1 14 oz pkg firm tofu

1/3 cup Vegenaise or other vegan mayo

1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)

½ tsp celery seed

½ tsp salt (and if you have it, use Kala Namak, black Indian salt – look it up)

About 2 tbsp chopped onion, red bell pepper, celery, pickles or pickle relish

1 tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried (optional)

 

Mash the tofu. Mix in the remainder of the ingredients.
